| Day 1: Arrive Sunshine Coast On arrival at the airport you will be transferred to your mountain retreat. The afternoon is yours to relax or if you’re feeling active, take a 2 kilometre rainforest trail to visit a waterfall where you can take a dip in the rock pool at the top of the falls. If you’re lucky, you may spot the resident platypus! Hotel: Spicers Clovelly Estate, Montville. Day 2: Sunshine Coast – Noosa A scenic hinterland tour leads you through the towns of Montville, Maleny and on to the village of Eumundi, home to the famous markets (Wed, Sat and Sun). Enjoy a delicious riverside lunch at Noosaville before boarding your boat for a cruise through the stunning lakes and wetlands to the magnificent Noosa Everglades. Celebrate your experience with chilled bubbly and orange juice and freshly baked afternoon tea on the jetty at the historic logger’s camp, Harry’s Hut. Alight the cruise at Hastings Street Jetty, where a short stroll leads you to your resort. Enjoy this evening at leisure and sample some of Australia’s finest cuisine at one of the many beachfront restaurants on Noosa’s Hastings Street. Hotel: Sebel Resort Noosa, Noosa, 2 nights. B - L Day 3: Noosa ‘Free Time’ Take time out to discover the boutique resort town of Noosa. Swim at Noosa Main Beach or venture a little further with an easy walk along the headland through to Noosa National Park. B Day 4: Noosa – Fraser Island Travel in the comfort of a luxury 4WD and experience personalised touring at its best. Access to Fraser Island is via the beach highway from Noosa. Visit the magnificent Rainbow/Teewah Beach coloured sands and stop to celebrate your discovery with Chandon and orange juice followed by morning tea on remote beach stretches. A short barge crossing takes you on to World Heritage listed Fraser Island where you’ll travel along 75 Mile Beach. Enjoy a private guided walk through the ancient rainforest at Central Station with exclusive access to Lake Birrabeen and Lake McKenzie for a refreshing freshwater lake swim. A delicious gourmet lunch platter including freshly caught seafood, salads, freshly baked bread and Australian wine tops off a perfect day of discovery!. Hotel: Kingfisher Bay Resort & Village, Fraser Island. B - L Day 5: Fraser Island – Noosa Today you travel further north to visit Lake Wabby Lookout and explore the infamous Rainbow Gorge Sandblow on a guided walk before a refreshing swim at Eli Creek. Stop to see the Maheno Shipwreck before a gourmet picnic hamper lunch is served on the shores of Lake Garawongera. Experience the magnificence of the Yidney Scrub rainforest before returning back down 75 Mile Beach and over the barge crossing to the mainland. Enjoy an afternoon tea stop on remote beach stretches before returning to your resort in Noosa.. Hotel: Sebel Resort Noosa, Noosa.
