Airport Pick Ups
DomesticInternational
- Clients are met 15 min after scheduled landing times at their luggage carousel. The driver will have a sign board displaying the client, group or Family name. In the event your pane is early, please remain in the area of the luggage carousel.
- Clients are met 30 min after scheduled landing times just outside the customs doors. The driver will have a sign board displaying the client, group or Family name. In the event your pane is early, please be waiting inside, close to the Information Desk.
Residential and Accommadation Pick Ups
- Times may vary 15 min from original pick up schedule. The client will be advised of any adjustments during the BCT confirmation call.
Confirmation Call
- All out bound clients are called within 48 hours prior to departure.
Baby and Booster Seats
- Provided free of charge, just notify us when booking if required.
Surfboards, Skis, Golf Clubs and Unusual luggage
- No extra charge, just notify us of the volume and/or size
Luggage Trailer
- Are provided free of charge and supplied as standard with 4 pax or greater.
Cancellation Policy
- NO REFUND if client fails to board or cancels with less then 24 hours notice
- 50%REFUND if clients cancel with more then 24 hours notice
- $50 extra charge per transfer will be incurred vy clients who fail to clear the terminal by midnight or require a pick up before 4am
