In addition, Mantra Broadbeach on the Park also offers one meeting room, catering for up to 30 delegates. The Wagland Room, which is located on the ground floor of the property, accommodates 30 people theatre style or 15 people in a boardroom or u-shape set up.

Two Bedroom Apartment - available in either 1 Queen and 2 Singles or 2 Queens and with a room size of approximately 104m² (square metres) makes these apartments ideal for two couples or a family of four.
Three Bedroom Apartment - the largest of the 3 room types, approximate room size is 143m² (square metres), these rooms are ideal for larger families or groups requiring space. Their bedding configuration consists of either 1 Queen and 4 Singles or 2 Queens and 2 Singles.

Broadbeach is a place for dining, events and entertainment with major shopping centres, a casino and the new convention centre. Broadbeach was significant to the Kombumerri people with the remnants of Aboriginal burial grounds, middens and feasting areas in the estuary area close to Little Tallebudgera Creek. During World War II, sand dunes became a resource but rutile mining ceased more than 50 years ago.
The place still holds beauty - it's still a gathering place but now with feasting and conversation at sophisticated outdoor cafes and restaurants. Pacific Fair is one of Australia's largest shopping centres with cinemas and eating areas.
