Every year from late July to end of October you could be watching the amazing Southern (Humpback) Whales playing and resting in the sheltered waters of Hervey Bay. It is where the Mothers come to teach the new born young survival and communication techniques of breaching, fin and tail slapping, head lunging and feeding. These waters are also rich with dolphins and turtles which you can also enjoy watching during our whale eco-cruises and tours.
