World Heritage listed Fraser island is the world's largest sand island stretching 125km along the Queensland Coast. A 3.5 hours drive from Brisbane (4.5 hours from the Gold Coast) and you will be in paradise. Goanna Adventures operates a true 4WD Safari staying right on 75 Mile Beach. You will be in a small group - maximum 10 with an experienced and knowledgeable guide.
Fraser Island has more than 40 freshwater lakes, fast flowing creeks, massive sand blows, pristine rainforests, coloured sand cliffs, ships wrecks, and much more. Your tour with Goanna Adventures covers all the major destinations over 3 days including Lake Wabby, Maheno shipwreck, Eli Creek, the Pinnacles, Rainbow Gorge, Indian Heads, Central Station, Wanggoolba Creek, and Pile Valley. And of course any trip to Fraser Island wouldn't be complete without experiencing one of its pristine blue water lakes. On this tour you will have an extended stop at either Lake Birrabeen or Lake McKenzie.
Your 3 day tour includes standard quad share accommodation with all rooms having their own kitchen and ensuite. Upgrade to twin share available for $60 per person. A buffet dinner is provided both evenings in the Resort's restaurant. 2 Breakfasts and 1 lunch are included. National Park fees and ferry fares of $40 must be paid by all passengers at departure and are not included in the tour cost.
Staying at Eurong Beach Resort provides you with access to 2 swimming pools, 2 bars, tennis court, bakery, shop and other amenities. You have access to all amenities free of costs. The tour includes long hikes and are designed in the main for 18-35s or those who enjoy some adventure! But don't let age stop you joining one of our adventures!
