LAGOON ROOMS
The Lagoon Rooms are situated in the Lagoon Wing of Hayman Island Resort, all rooms are located on each level of the building. The rooms overlook the Lily Lagoon, Lagoon Pool and tropical gardens.
In the Lagoon Wing there are a number of Lagoon Deluxe rooms which offer Coral Sea views as well as views of the Lily lagoon and Lagoon Pool. These rooms are located on each level of the Lagoon Wing.

LAGOON SUITES
The Lagoon Suites are situated on all the levels of the Lagoon Wing. The Suites that are on Level 3 offer beautiful views of Hayman Beach and the Coral Sea.
Lagoon Suite Features:- These Suites have a separate bedroom
- A dressing room area
- Guest bathroom and lounge room
- The design is very soft and natural and reflects a relaxed resort feel
- The large double balcony has an outdoor teakwood dining setting
- Spacious living/dining room
- These suite are 90 square metres.
- There is a choice of adding an adjoining a twin bedroom to create a two-bedroom suite, ideal for families.
- All suites are non-smoking
LAGOON PENTHOUSES
The one and two-bedroom Lagoon Penthouses reflect a relaxed resort feel, featuring soft, natural textures, cool marbles and rich, warm woods. A large balcony is furnished with an outdoor teakwood setting.
OWNER'S PENTHOUSE
This is the premium accommodation offering on Hayman featuring presidential size sitting room, 3 bedrooms, dining area, kitchenette and bar. From 1 April, the Owner’s Penthouse includes complimentary launch transfers, full Butler service 24 hours a day, mini-bar, movies and wireless internet, garment pressing and dry cleaning service, and dinner for up to six adults excluding beverages.
