Mission Beach is a pleasant 1.5 hour drive south of Cairns past the highest mountain in Queensland, and 2.5 hours north of Townsville. It is situated in World Heritage Rainforest with well marked walking tracks into the home of that wonderful bird the Cassowary.
The Great Barrier Reef is only a short distance from our shores where you can enjoy our pristine reef at Beaver Cay, feed the giant groper or just enjoy the fantastic water underworld or just walk our 14 kilometres of sandy palm fringed beach.

Mission Beach Eco Village provides 11 individual self contained bungalows and six deluxe units (four have spas). Situated in unique tropical surroundings around a natural formed rock pool, 20 metres from the northern end of the 14 kilometres of palm fringed sand, which is Mission Beach. The tastefully decorated rooms are designed to capture the cooling tropical breeze - all have televisions, air conditioning, fans and Austar.
