Spend your days diving or snorkeling in one of Australia’s top diving destinations, exploring the Whitsunday Islands famous pristine beaches or perched high atop the mast, learning to sail your square rigger.

** Due to space limitations on the vessel, please do not bring hard case luggage. They recommend soft style bags.


Getting To the Whitsundays
Domestic airlines Jetstar and Virginblue have daily flights from all major cities into the Whitsunday Coast airport at Proserpine and the Great Barrier Reef airport at Hamilton Island. Qantas has a daily flight from Cairns to Hamilton Island and return.
PROSERPINE AIRPORT (Whitsunday Coast)
Whitsunday Transit has shuttle buses that will meet every flight into Proserpine. Transfer time is approximately 45 minutes to Airlie Beach and 60 minutes to Shute Harbour. Taxis are also available and takes 30 minutes.
HAMILTON ISLAND AIRPORT
If you are arriving into Hamilton Island, there are two ferry services - Cruise Whitsundays and Fantasea Cruises - to both Shute Harbour and Airlie Beach. Barefoot Cruises depart from both Hamilton Island marina and Abel Point marina in Airlie beach depending on the vessel that you choose for your Whitsunday Yacht Charter.
