Welcome to Shore Beach Campground
The Noosa North Shore Beach Campground located on the spectacular Cooloola Coast, which stretches from Noosa to Double Island Point up to Fraser Island. It is a great destination with a wilderness feel.
The Campground is a great destination for families, retirees and fishermen, close to Noosa but with a wilderness feel. It is a popular location for activities like camping, fishing, bush and beach walking, surfing and visiting the Coloured Sands. Please note the beach is not patrolled.
Located on a stretch of the spectacular Cooloola Coast which stretches from Noosa to Double Island Point up to Fraser Island. Access to the beach by 4WD vehicles is located less than 1km north of the park entrance.
The Campground is quite large, with over 40 powered sites and 45 unpowered sites available for guests. Please note that camping is not permitted on the beach or foreshore in the Noosa Region.
The park is mostly in its natural state and there are no streetlights at the park, so we suggest you bring a torch.
As fauna (kangaroos, goannas and birds), along with the natural flora call the park and adjoining reserve home, they are protected and animals/pets are not permitted in the reserve or in the park. There are definitely no fires, generators, braziers or Webers allowed in the park or on the beach – cooking is only allowed on gas appliances. There is a large shared kitchen located at the campground with cooking facilities, fridge and eating areas.
Toilet and shower amenities are provided at the campground, as well as laundry facilities. Water connections are not provided as this stage, but there is a sewerage dump point. Please note there are no on-site cabin facilities at the park.
The Noosa North Shore Beachfront Campground is a popular location for recreational activities such as camping, fishing and beach walking, but please note the beach is not patrolled. The campground is quite large & patrons are welcome to choose their own site. There are a small number of powered sites. The facilities are limited, so BYO your own drinking water supply. Camping is not permitted on the beach or foreshore in the Noosa Region.
