The park is an ideal location for visitors who want a relaxing holiday close to Airlie Beach but away from the hustle and bustle. You can relax on the beautiful beach, with direct beach access drop in a line for fish, fossick the foreshore or take a walk along one of our bushwalking tracks where birds and wildlife are abundant.
At night relax and enjoy time around our camp lit fire pit roasting marshmallows and curl up under the stars. Stay in one of our self contained cabins or our large shady powered or unpowered campsites.

With direct beach access and a boat ramp nearby and lots of wildlife, this is an excellent location for birdwatching, bush walks and the fishing enthusiast. Beach walks to the spectacular Marble Rocks are a must. Enjoy a day trip to Airlie Beach and Proserpine, campfire and entertainment during the winter months. We have good phone and TV reception.

Midge Point is 110 kilometres north of Mackay and 30 kilometres south of Proserpine. Cabins are self-contained with all utensils and cooking facilities. The ensuite cabins are supplied with linen to the main bed, and an additional cost for other linen required. Tea and coffee making facilities are available as well as television, fridge and air-conditioning.
