Caloundra has an excellent supply of backpackers accommodation. This type of accommodation is generally in older-style hotels or apartments that have been converted to supply accommodation that suits the backpacker industry. This means dormitory style as well as single and double rooms, sometimes with an ensuite. There is usually some excellent budget accommodation available in Caloundra as well.
