What to expect

You'll start with a brief skills chat and gear check, then head onto the trails. Ben will assess your riding level and tailor the pace accordingly. Expect a mix of climbing, descending and technical sections designed to build confidence and efficiency on the bike. You'll stop periodically for pointers on line choice, body positioning and weight management through corners. The two hours moves quickly—most of it spent actually riding rather than talking. Bring water (fountains are on-site), wear appropriate footwear and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
