What to expect

You'll be collected from your accommodation before sunrise and driven to the launch site. The flight itself lasts roughly an hour, drifting quietly over farmland and bushland whilst your pilot narrates the landscape below. The pace is leisurely—there's no rushing, just observation and stillness. Once you land, the crew breaks out bubbly and you'll receive your flight certificate. The whole outing, door to door, runs 3–4 hours. Pack layers; mornings are cool at altitude.
