What to expect

After catching (or trying to), you'll head indoors for the tasting, where fresh barra prepared several ways shows why this fish commands respect in Australian kitchens.

Good to know

Bring hat and sunscreen for the outdoor farm tour. Wear enclosed shoes suitable for wet areas. The tasting board means you'll sample multiple barra preparations, so come hungry. Strollers and prams are welcome for younger kids.
