What to expect
Arrive and your distiller will walk you through gin's history and the science behind the spirit—botanicals, flavour compounds, the lot. Then it's your turn. You'll browse the botanical selection, pick your combination, and work the copper still to distil your batch. Expect some hands-on faffing about, a fair bit of chat with your group, and genuine surprise at how different everyone's gin tastes. You'll sample yours by day's end.
