This scenic journey from Brisbane travels across the Great Dividing Range and through the rich farmlands of the Darling Downs before arriving in Charleville, the largest town in south-west Queensland. An array of Outback experiences awaits in and around Charleville, including the new Cosmos Centre, a dedicated stargazing observatory; the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service Base; and the opal fields of the south-west.
The Westlander will resume limited services from Saturday 27th June 2020. Return to full services will resume from Sunday 19th September 2020.
