- Master bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan, clock radio, mirror, wardrobe, and reading lights.
- Second bedroom with a single bed, a small wardrobe, and reading light
- Third bedroom with 2-level bunk set (recommended for children only), a small wardrobe, and a reading light.
- Master bed and single bed made prior to arrival. Linen was provided for other booked guests. Bath towels were provided.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity, and exhaust fan. Separate toilet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with full-size oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, saucepans, electric jug, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. Starter pack of tea, coffee, and sugar sachets on arrival.
- Open plan living area with round dining table with 6 chairs, 2 lounges, ceiling fan, television, reverse cycle air-conditioning (included in the tariff, with 4-hour press button timer), and coffee table.
- Iron and ironing board.
- Private driveway parking for one vehicle.
- A baby cot can be erected in the living area (not sufficient space in the bedrooms for a cot).
- Terracotta tiling in the open-plan living area and carpet in the bedroom.
