The Hotel Style Accommodations are located resort side and in close proximity to Catseye Beach, the main pool and resort centre, Hamilton Island's hotel accommodation includes the 3 star Palm Terrace and Palm Bungalows, the 3 1/2 star 1 bedroom Whitsunday Holiday Apartments, the 4 star Reef View Hotel and the 5 star Beach Club. The Holiday Properties are located both resort and marina side, these includes 1 and 2 bedroom Resort-Side Apartments, Standard, Superior and Deluxe Villas and the Luxury Collection. They are usually configured as a group of 6-8 common-walled apartments or villas, and share landscaped gardens and a swimming pool. All apartment and villa packages come inclusive of a 4 seater golf buggy and a continental breakfast hamper. A 4 night minimum stay requirement is applicable for this style of accommodation.
