PROPERTY INFORMATION:
These Hamilton Island Deluxe Homes are set in prime elevated locations on the North-Eastern and Western side of the island offering fantastic Coral Sea views. These homes range in single storey, split-level and double storeys, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms configurations. They have large open-plan living and entertaining areas and floor to ceiling windows which makes them spacious and light. They are also situated in complexes of 6 to 8 villas with their own swimming pool.
These Deluxe Homes vary from luxury beachhouse style to sleek and contemporary living. Private and relaxing with the backdrop of the Whitsundays. All homes receive a 4-seater buggy so you can easily reach Hamilton Island Marina Village, with the many shops and restaurants to choose from and all the island activity options.
Inclusions:
- Minimum 4 night stay required
- 1 x 4-seater golf buggy for duration of stay
- complimentary use of catamarans, paddle skis, windsurfers and snorkelling equipment (non-motorised watersports).
- Additional golf buggies can be hired if required
- Free WiFi – Holiday Home guests will be provided with a password for free WiFi upon check in and will need to visit one of the following locations to access this service.

- Free WiFi is NOT available in individual Holiday Homes.
Please Note: Beach Towels are NOT supplied in Holiday Homes, guests will have Bath Towels only, these are not to be used outside of their Holiday Home.
Guests will need to bring their own Beach Towel or alternatively, Hamilton Island has great stores where guests can purchase a souvenir beach towel during their stay.
