The Brisbane City area is the home of the dining industry in Brisbane. There are so many great a la carte restaurants to choose from that it is often difficult to make up your mind. Some of the older hotels are now renovated and marketed as great steakhouse restaurants. The Breakfrast Creek Hotel and Morrissons Hotel at Woolangabba are both excellent examples of this. The waterfront plaza’s on the Brisbane river and at Southbank, are very popular dining regions and both have lots of choices. Out in the suburbs, every shopping center and suburban plaza has its own range. If you have a buck or two in your pocket, you will never go hungry in Brisbane.
