Theme Parks

Theme Parks

Queensland is action central when it comes to choosing a theme park for the kids. Everyone is catered for with a selection of action rides, water parks, zoos and aquariums in a number of different locations throughout the state. On the Gold Coast, theme parks are the major family holiday attraction. Some of the greatest theme parks in the world are here. Dreamworld, Movieworld, Seaworld and Wet ‘n‘ Wild Waterpark provide a sensational choice of kids attractions and most kids want to experience them all.

On the Sunshine Coast one of the world’s most famous zoos has been developed by the late Steve Irwin. Australia Zoo is now operated by Steve’s family and the attractions here have never stopped growing since his death. Underwater World at Mooloolaba is also a fantastic attraction and the ideal place for kids to spend a fun day. The Ettamogah Pub fun park on the Bruce Highway is also growing in reputation. Throughout the state of Queensland, you will find an array of places of interest including wildlife parks and natural attractions.
