A game of golf here will not break the holiday bank account, especially if you play after 3pm when it is cooler. The course has some interesting challenges that you don’t see every day, like the odd crocodile appearing from the swamp. All the facilities are absolutely world class and you will not be disappointed with your golf game here. Mantra Links resort also adjoins the course which gives another choice of where to stay. The nearby town of Mossman which lies some 30 odd kilometres o the north also has a great local golf course where visitors are always welcome.
South of Port Douglas is Palm Cove and there is an excellent golf course here at the Paradise Palms resort. Cairns also boasts several other great layouts where you can hone your golf game to a higher level during your golfing holiday.
