Safari 1 – Cape Tribulation
7:30 am Meet the tour guide at the accommodation
7:40 am Commence the journey up to the Daintree Ferry and on to the Alexander lookout. Be mesmerized by the spectacular vista views over the mouth of the Daintree River Madjja, Dubai, or Jindalba walk and interpretation of this sensitive tropical rainforest.
Enjoy morning tea.
Ommegang Creek, swimming opportunity or relaxation time by the pristine creek.
On to Cape Tribulation and the Kulki Track where you will learn the history of Captain Cook’s passage and discovery through the reef, his Trials & Tribulations.
11:30 am Daintree River Cruise
Thornton’s Beach – stroll along this magical beach before enjoying a sumptuous picnic lunch.
A quick stop at the Daintree Ice Cream company succumbs to this wonderfully natural and homemade ice cream and enjoys a light afternoon tea.
3:20 pm Before this wonderful journey comes to an end a guided walk and swims at the Mossman Gorge National Park.
3:10 – 4:30 pm ‘Head Home’ returning at approximately 4:30 pm.

 

Safari 2 – Bloomfield Falls Safari
7:30 am Meet the tour guide at the accommodation
7:40 am Commence the journey up to the Daintree Ferry and on to the Alexander lookout. Be mesmerized by the spectacular vista views over the mouth of the Daintree River.
It’s then on to Cape Tribulation and the Kulki Track where you will learn the history of Captain Cook’s passage and discovery along with his Trials & Tribulations through the reef.
Enjoy morning tea at the enchanting Emmegan Creek.
Discover Stingray Bay and its amazing Mangrove ecosystem, and identify & learn the traditional Aboriginal bush tucker sources in this timeless World.
Begin the 4WD section of your journey along the Bloomfield Track.
Relax at Wobbadda for a sumptuous picnic lunch in this beautiful rainforest setting.
Then on to Tachallbadga for a swim before heading to Bloomfield Falls.
This section of spectacular coastal scenery will have you on the edge of your seat while you search for the elusive cassowary, rare birds, plants, tree snakes, and of course the estuarine crocodile.
2:00 pm Cooper Creek River Cruise
3:20 pm Before this wonderful journey comes to an end a quick stop at the Daintree Ice Cream Company. Succumb to this wonderfully natural and homemade ice cream and enjoy a light afternoon tea.
3:10 – 4:30 pm ‘Head Home’ returning at approximately 4:30 pm.

 

Safari 3 – Super Deluxe Safari, Cape Tribulation (Tour taken in Super Deluxe 4WD)
7:30 am Meet the tour guide at the accommodation

Stroll through the valley of Licuala Palms before heading onto Cape Tribulation for morning tea.

12:45 pm BBQ lunch at Floravilla amongst their tropical garden setting.
